Note: A typical installation depth is 3–3.5 inches for this rock, which provides good coverage for most applications. Installing at 4 inches can offer added durability and longer-lasting coverage, especially in higher-use areas. Depths less than 3 inches may allow weed barrier or soil to become visible. When in doubt, test a small section first.

- Sizing: Primarily 1–2" material. Some pieces may exceed 2", and the material will include smaller particles and fines as part of the natural mix.
- Cleanliness: Unwashed material with a light presence of fines (typically less than 5%). Fines from production, handling and transport are normal.
- Appearance: Mix of mostly round and some fractured stone with a natural blend of light brown, tan, muted pink, and purple. Color may vary slightly between loads.
- History: Material has remained generally consistent in size and color over time, with natural variation typical of quarried stone.

Passion River Pebbles are a beautiful mix of muted lighter colors making them a particularly stunning choice for decorative landscaping and accents. As with all smooth rounded pebbles, we don't recommend them for driveways or RV pads as they tend to shift under vehicle weight.
