These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, deliveries, equipment rentals, and transactions conducted with ROCKON.COM LLC (“ROCKON.COM LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and its operating divisions. By placing an order, scheduling a service, or renting equipment, the customer agrees to the terms below.
Plain-English Summary
- Website prices may change and may occasionally contain errors.
- Orders may be reviewed before final acceptance.
- Most sales are final. Returns or refunds may only be granted at our discretion.
- Some orders (including special orders) may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to weather or logistics.
- Natural materials like rock and soil may vary in color, size, and composition.
- Once materials are dumped at the requested location, the order is considered fulfilled.
- Customers must ensure safe access for deliveries and work.
- Equipment renters are responsible for safe operation and care of rented equipment.
- ROCKON.COM LLC may refuse service in unsafe or abusive situations.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

1. Order Acceptance

Orders placed online, by phone, or through any other method are considered requests to purchase and are not final until accepted by ROCKON.COM LLC.
ROCKON.COM LLC reserves the right to review, modify, or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- pricing errors
- freight calculation adjustments
- product availability
- delivery limitations
- suspected fraud or payment issues
If an order cannot be fulfilled or requires adjustment, the customer will be contacted and given the option to approve the updated terms or cancel the order where applicable.

Prices displayed on the website are provided for convenience and may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. An advertised price does not constitute a guaranteed offer and may not be honored if incorrect.
Freight and delivery charges may vary depending on distance, fuel costs, order size, site conditions, and scheduling. Automated delivery quotes provided online are estimates only and may require adjustment by a ROCKON.COM LLC representative before an order is fulfilled.
If an order requires a pricing correction, the customer will be notified and given the option to approve the updated price or cancel the order when applicable.
3. Returns

Return requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of ROCKON.COM LLC management. Approval of any return is not guaranteed.
If a return is approved, the refund amount (if any) will be determined by ROCKON.COM LLC and may include deductions for:
- restocking fees
- handling costs
- loading fees
- delivery or transportation costs
- material condition upon return
Restocking or return deductions may range from 20% to 50% or more depending on the circumstances.
Some products may not be eligible for return under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- special-order materials
- custom-sourced products
- installed or used materials
- products not returned in original condition
All transportation and loading costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellations
Fees may apply; some orders are non-cancellable/non-refundable (special orders)

Order cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the order status and resources already committed.
Orders that have required material sourcing, scheduling of labor or equipment, transportation planning, or other operational commitments may incur cancellation charges.
Cancellation deductions may range from 20–50% or more depending on the circumstances.
Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, including but not limited to:
- special-order materials
- custom-sourced products
- reserved equipment or labor
- orders that have already entered fulfillment or delivery scheduling
Delivery and service dates are estimates and are not guaranteed due to variables such as weather, supply availability, equipment scheduling, and production timelines.
If ROCKON.COM LLC is unable to fulfill an order within a reasonable timeframe, reduced cancellation charges may apply at the discretion of ROCKON.COM LLC.

Many products sold by ROCKON.COM LLC are natural materials including rock, gravel, sand, soil, and similar aggregates.
Natural materials may vary in color, size, texture, moisture content, and composition from photos, descriptions, or previous orders. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Products sold by weight or volume (including tons, cubic yards, or truckloads) are measured using industry-standard methods and equipment.
Due to variations in loading equipment, moisture content, compaction, and material characteristics, delivered quantities may vary slightly. Minor variations are considered normal and acceptable within standard industry tolerances.
Customers are encouraged to order additional material to account for settling, compaction, and project waste.
7. Delivery & Dump Location Responsibility
Once dumped at your directed spot, the order is fulfilled

Customers are responsible for clearly directing the delivery location for all dumped or unloaded materials.
Once materials are dumped or unloaded at the location requested by the customer or their representative, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be moved, returned, or refunded.
Drivers representing ROCKON.COM LLC may refuse delivery if conditions appear unsafe or may cause damage to property or equipment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing products, materials, equipment, and services at the time they are received, delivered, or completed.
By accepting delivery of materials, taking possession of rented equipment, or allowing work to be performed, the customer acknowledges that the order, delivery, rental, or service has been received in acceptable condition.
Any concerns regarding incorrect products, visible damage, or order discrepancies should be reported to ROCKON.COM LLC as soon as reasonably possible.
Once materials have been used, equipment has been operated, or services have been substantially completed, the order is considered accepted.
9. Product Use & Project Responsibility
Customer verifies suitability and code/spec compliance

ROCKON.COM LLC provides materials and general information for convenience but does not guarantee suitability for any specific project, application, or engineering requirement.
Customers are responsible for verifying that purchased products meet the needs of their project and comply with applicable building codes, engineering specifications, or contractor requirements.
ROCKON.COM LLC is not responsible for project outcomes resulting from the use, installation, or application of materials.

Service estimates are based on information available at the time of quoting. Actual site conditions may vary and may require adjustments to pricing, materials, labor, or scheduling.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are not fixed-price contracts and may be updated if unforeseen conditions arise.
Customers will be notified if significant changes to the scope or price are required.
11. Site Conditions & Access
Customer is responsible for access and identifying hidden utilities/irrigation

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the work site for vehicles, equipment, and personnel.
Customers must identify underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, private utility lines, and other hidden structures before work begins.
ROCKON.COM LLC is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, irrigation systems, or structures that were not properly identified or disclosed prior to work.
12. Project Delays
Timelines are estimates; delays can occur

Projects may be delayed due to factors outside the control of ROCKON.COM LLC, including weather, site readiness, supply availability, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
13. Rental Responsibility
Customer is responsible for safe use and care during rental period

Customers renting equipment from ROCKON.COM LLC are responsible for the safe and proper operation of rented equipment during the entire rental period.
The customer assumes responsibility for equipment operation, storage, and any damage occurring during the rental period.
14. Equipment Use & Safety
Inherent risks; customer confirms capability or uses qualified operator

Operating machinery and equipment carries inherent risks.
By renting equipment from ROCKON.COM LLC, the customer acknowledges they are capable of safely operating the equipment or will use a qualified operator.
ROCKON.COM LLC does not provide operator training or supervision unless specifically agreed to in writing.
The customer assumes responsibility for safe operation and compliance with all applicable laws and safety practices.
15. Rental Period & Late Returns
Rental begins at pickup/delivery and ends at return/retrieval

Rental periods begin when equipment is picked up or delivered and end when equipment is returned or retrieved.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges based on the applicable rental rate.
16. Equipment Damage, Loss, or Theft
Customer responsible beyond normal wear and tear

Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear occurring during the rental period.
If rented equipment is lost, stolen, or severely damaged during the rental period, the customer may be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
17. Delivery Conditions & Property Risk
Driveway/concrete/asphalt damage risk from heavy vehicles (reduces $5k–$30k disputes)

Large delivery vehicles such as dump trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment place significant weight on surfaces.
Customers requesting delivery acknowledge that these vehicles may exceed the load capacity of residential driveways, sidewalks, landscaping areas, underground utilities, and other property features.
By accepting delivery, the customer agrees that ROCKON.COM LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, concrete, asphalt, landscaping, utilities, or other surfaces resulting from normal delivery operations.
Customers may request that materials be dumped in the street where legally permitted.
Drivers may refuse delivery if conditions appear unsafe or likely to cause property damage.
18. Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse/cancel for safety, fraud, or abusive behavior

ROCKON.COM LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, services, deliveries, or equipment rentals at its discretion.
This may occur in situations including unsafe job sites, suspected fraud, abusive behavior toward staff, equipment misuse, or conditions that may risk damage to property, equipment, or personnel.
If ROCKON.COM LLC cancels an order before fulfillment, payments received will be refunded only if no operational costs have already been incurred.
19. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to amount paid; no consequential damages

ROCKON.COM LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
