Note: Because individual stones can measure up to 4½″, a typical installation depth is 5-6 inches for this rock — enough to fully bed the largest pieces. Installing shallower than 4 inches will leave larger stones sitting loosely on top of the base rather than nested in, which can cause shifting. When in doubt, test a small section first.

- Sizing: Primarily 2″–4″ material. Some pieces may exceed 4½″, and the material will include a small amount of smaller particles and fines as part of the natural mix.
- Cleanliness: Unwashed material with a presence of fines (typically less than 10-15%). Fines from production, handling and transport are normal.
- Appearance: Fractured stone featuring a bright blend of cream, blush-pink, and white quartz, with rust and golden veining running through many of the fractures and occasional gray-tan pieces mixed in. Colors deepen and become more vibrant when wet. Color may vary slightly between loads.
- History: Material has remained generally consistent in size and color over time. The cream, blush-pink, and white quartz blend with rust-gold veining is typical of this stone, with minor variation between loads as expected with any quarried material. Colors tend to appear more muted when dry and deepen noticeably when wet.

Strawberry Dream Cobble is our lightest large-format option — it works well for driveways, drainage, and accent applications where you want a bright, airy look rather than a dark or dense feel. Its 2-4″ size gives it real visual weight and makes it well suited for erosion control and areas where stability under heavy flow or traffic is a priority. Worth noting — the rust and gold veining becomes much more visible after rain against the pale cream base, making it a great choice if you want a large-format stone with a light, sunlit feel and pops of warm color.
