Note: A typical installation depth is 3–3.5 inches for this rock, which provides good coverage for most applications. Installing at 4 inches can offer added durability and longer-lasting coverage, especially in higher-use areas. Depths less than 3 inches may allow weed barrier or soil to become visible. When in doubt, test a small section first.

- Sizing: Primarily 1"–2" material. Some pieces may exceed 2", and the material will include smaller particles and fines as part of the natural mix.
- Cleanliness: Unwashed material with a light presence of fines (typically less than 5%). Fines from production, handling and transport are normal.
- Appearance: Smooth, rounded pebbles featuring a vibrant natural mix of red, pink, gray, green, and cream tones. Color may vary slightly between loads.
- History: Material has remained generally consistent in size and color over time, with natural variation typical of quarried stone.
- Also known as: Commonly referred to as river pebbles or decorative round rock.
